Ingredients
| 750 gms any firm white fish | ||
| Onions spring | 2 , minced | |
| Green chillies | 2 , minced | |
| Tomato | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 4 sheets aluminium foil, to wrap fish fillets | ||
| Marinade | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut fish into 4 large fillets.
Wash and drain thoroughly.
Combine ingredients for marinade, rub into fish and marinate for 1 hour.
Mix together spring onions, green chillies, tomato and garlic in a small bowl.
Place a fish fillet in the centre of each aluminium sheet.
Spread onion mixture over fish, fold foil over fish and press edges to seal.
Place fish packets in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
