Ingredients

 750 gms any firm white fish
 Onions spring2 , minced
 Green chillies2 , minced
 Tomato1 Large, finely chopped
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 4 sheets aluminium foil, to wrap fish fillets
 Marinade
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Lime juice1 Teaspoon

Directions

Cut fish into 4 large fillets.
Wash and drain thoroughly.
Combine ingredients for marinade, rub into fish and marinate for 1 hour.
Mix together spring onions, green chillies, tomato and garlic in a small bowl.
Place a fish fillet in the centre of each aluminium sheet.
Spread onion mixture over fish, fold foil over fish and press edges to seal.
Place fish packets in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
