Directions
1. Place a nonstick skillet on medium high flame and pour oil in it.
2. Drop steak and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add red and yellow bell pepper. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. Into a bowl, transfer the meat mixture.
4. In the same skillet, add soy sauce, green onion, vinegar, ginger, and chili garlic sauce to deglaze. Stir and cook for about a minute or until thickened. Be careful not to burn it.
5. Add meat mixture back into the skillet. Toss well.
SERVING
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve steak hot on brown rice.
