Spicy Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds lean top sirloin steak | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/4 cup Burgundy wine | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Italian seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder | ||

Directions
Trim fat from steak; cut into 6 equal pieces.
Sprinkle steak with seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a large skillet, which has been coated with nonstick spray, brown steaks on both sides on medium high heat.
Remove steaks from skillet; re-spray if needed.
Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic until soft.
Add tomato sauce, wine, parsley, Italian seasoning, and tomatoes.
Mix well.
Return steaks to skillet.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
Lean round steak may be used, but is not as tender.
