Healthy Spicy Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Spareribs | 2 Pound | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Whole Cloves | 4 | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1/8 | |
| 1 stalk celery, chopped fine (or 1/4 teaspoon celery salt) | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| 2 dashes Tabasco sauce | ||
| Steak sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chutney | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 small onion, chopped fine | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan combine all the ingredients except the ribs and cook for 20 minutes until well blended.
2) Grill the ribs until well browned and tender, basting occasionally with the sauce.
SERVING
3) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
