Spicy Soy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger root | ||
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| 2 dried chili peppers, chopped | ||
| Bay leaf | 1 , crumbled | |
| Sesame oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In clean glass jar, combine all ingredients except oil.
Gradually whisk in oil.
Cover and refrigerate.
Before using, shake jar well and strain into pitcher.
Return any unused sauce to jar and refrigerate.
