Low Carb Spicy Red Peppers and Shrimp Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
For the Dressing
 
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
 
2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
 
1tbsp Chile Paste ( Add more if you like to make it more spicy)
 
For Stir Fry
 
4 Stems green onion
 
12 Raw Shrimp (do not use already cooked shrimp)
 
1 Tbsp oil
 
1 Whole Red Bell Pepper (chopped)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and set aside.
In a wok add the oil then the shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes. Turn the shrimp at the half way point for even cooking.
Add the Red peppers, green onions and cilantro and cook for 1 minute more.
Remove stir fry from head and pour sesame mixture over the shrimp and vegetables.
Serve immediately.
