Ingredients

 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley minced
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Garlic2 Tablespoon, finley minced
 Cooking oil3 Tablespoon
 Broth or water - 1 cup
 Tomato sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Monosodium glutamate - dash
 Shrimp - 1 pound, large or medium, raw, shelled and deveined

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium skillet, heat oil and sauté onion, green pepper and garlic.
2. Stir in broth, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
3. Add cayenne, oregano, and monosodium glutamate and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and cook with occasional stirring until sauce thickens.

SERVING
5. Serve over a nest of hot rice or serve with rice.
