Spicy Short Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Short ribs | 3 Pound, trimmed | |
| And cut in serving-size pieces | ||
| Shortening | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushroom | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1 soup can water | ||
| Allspice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups uncooked medium noodles | ||
| Green beans package | 1 , frozen | |
| Pimiento | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
Directions
In large heavy pan, brown meat in shortening; pour off fat.
Add soup, water and seasonings.
Cover; cook over low heat 2 hours 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Spoon off fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook 20 minutes or until noodles are done.
Stir often.
