Ingredients
| 45 g/1 1/2 oz butter | ||
| 500 g/1 lb button mushrooms | ||
| Shallots spring | 6 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 500 g/1 lb scallops, cleaned | ||
| 60 ml/2 fl oz dry white wine | ||
| 1 red chilli, seeded and finely sliced | ||
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Melt butter in a large frypan and cook mushrooms, spring onions (shallots) and garlic for 4-5 minutes. Remiove from pan and set aside. Add scallops to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
