Spicy Sauteed Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns | 1 pound, deveined | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| 1 tablespoon Vietnamese fish sauce | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper paste | ||
| Sauvignon | 2 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), mashed (Sauce:) | |
| Grated ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Sauce:) | |
Directions
Preheat barbecue grill.
Thread prawns on metal skewers or bamboo skewers that have been soaked for 30 minutes in water.
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Baste prawns with sauce and grill on both sides until just beginning to change color.
Alternatively, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute prawns in peanut oil just until they begin to change color.
Add the sauce and continue to cook another 5 minutes.
