Spicy Sausage Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Italian sausage links - 1 pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces | ||
| Boneless pork - 1 pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a casserole dish, cook sausage on high powerfor 9 to 11 minutes, stirring once. Take the dish out and drain.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients cover the dish. Heat, covered, on high power for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) Cook again, covered, on low power for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until pork turns tender, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
4) Serve hot with rice or pasta.
