1/2 cup (125 ml) dairy sour cream
 
1 package (3 ounces or 85 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
 
2 tablespoons (30 ml) bottled horseradish sauce
 
1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) freshly ground pepper
 
1 can (15 1/2 ounces or 439 g) salmon, drained

Directions

Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, and pepper at LOW then at MEDIUM-HIGH until smooth.
Add salmon and mix at LOW just until combined.
Chill thoroughly before filling puffs.
