Ingredients

 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Carrots1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Pepper red1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Jalapeno or serrano pepper - 1 whole, minced
 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cilantro2 Tablespoon, snipped
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Hot pepper sauce1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large Dutch oven and heat oil in it. Cook carrots, onion and red pepper over medium-high heat until tender.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for few more minutes.

SERVING
3) Serve with shrimp and enjoy!
