Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°F before baking.

MAKING
2. Beat sugar and egg, add butter and sifted flour-spice-soda-salt mixture. Stir in raisins and pineapple.
3. Take a 11” X 7” X 1.5” greased baking pan, pour in the egg mixture and using a spatula smoothen the top.
4. Mix cream and ¼ cup of sugar and top the dough in the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

SERVING
5. Cut into squares when hot and serve immediately.
