 Canola oil1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Russet potato1 Medium, cut into strips
 Sweet potato1 Medium, cut into strips
 Beets2 Medium, cut into strips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with no-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the oil, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Add the russet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and beets.
Toss to coat.
Arrange the vegetables on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, being careful not to let the pieces touch.
