Directions

Cook cumin seeds or mustard seeds in oil in skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute or until brown.
Stir in potatoes.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cabbage.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder and lemon or lime juice.
Cook, covered, until heated through.
Garnish with cilantro.
