Spicy Pot Roast Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
MAKING
1. Mix in all the ingredients and pour it over the roast; allow to stand this way for two hours, turning around once
2. Remove the meat from the liquid, reserve the liquid, sprinkle it with flour and brown it in hot fat evenly
3. Add liquid and cook with lid on for three hours till the meat is tender; during the last hour of cooking, add whole potatoes and carrots
SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
