Directions

GETTING READY
1)Make 1 ½ inch pork cubes.
2)In a medium sized bowl, mix peanut butter with ground coriander, salt, red pepper, cumin, black pepper, minced onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and brown sauce and make the marinade.
3)Put in the pork cubes and cover them in the marinade.
4)Let it marinate for several hours in the refrigerator.

MAKING
5)Thread the pork on the skewers .a
6)Place the skewers on a broiler over charcoals and broil 20 to 25 minutes, turning to brown both sides.

SERVING
7)Serve hot!
