Ingredients
1 pound lean boneless pork loin
1/2 cup HEINZ® Chili Sauce
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup julienned carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
2 small zucchini, halved and cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 to 10 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions
Cut pork into thin strips; set aside.
Combine chili sauce, soy sauce and red pepper; blend in cornstarch and set aside.
In preheated wok or large skillet, stir-fry carrots and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil 1 minute.
Add zucchini and onions.
Stir-fry 1 minute longer or until vegetables are tender-crisp; remove.
Stir-fry pork in 2 batches in remaining 1 tablespoon oil 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked; remove.
Return vegetables and meat to wok; stir in chili sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
