Spicy Pork and Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Mixed vegetable juice - 3/4 cup | ||
| Green bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion flakes | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Hot sauce - Dash | ||
| Pork | 6 Ounce, broiled | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a 1-quart saucepan, add margerine and heat until bubbly.
2 Add mushrooms and saute for about 3 minutes.
3 Add in the remiingingredients except pork and gradually bring to a boil.
4 Lower the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
5 Stir in pork and cook until throughly heated.
SERVING
6 Serve hot.
