 White kidney beans6 Ounce, drained
 Peaches (no sugar added)-1 cup-canned sliced
 Tomato1 Medium, blanched
 Granulated brown sugar-2 teaspoons
 Dijon-style mustard-2 teaspoons
 Ginger-1/4 teaspoon-ground

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Prepare a shallow1-quart casserole dish by greasing it
3. Set aside a few of the peach slices for garnish

MAKING
4. Combine all the ingredients in the casserole dish
5. Arrange the reserved peach slices over the bean mixture
6. Bake the peaches in the preheated oven until lightly browned in 25-30 minutes
