Spicy Peaches 'N' Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| White kidney beans | 6 Ounce, drained | |
| Peaches (no sugar added)-1 cup-canned sliced | ||
| Tomato | 1 Medium, blanched | |
| Granulated brown sugar-2 teaspoons | ||
| Dijon-style mustard-2 teaspoons | ||
| Ginger-1/4 teaspoon-ground | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Prepare a shallow1-quart casserole dish by greasing it
3. Set aside a few of the peach slices for garnish
MAKING
4. Combine all the ingredients in the casserole dish
5. Arrange the reserved peach slices over the bean mixture
6. Bake the peaches in the preheated oven until lightly browned in 25-30 minutes
SERVING
7. Serve immediately
