Spicy Orange Oriental Chicken Breast Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup CRISCO® Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 orange, juiced
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Dash salt and pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Directions
Combine Crisco® Oil, orange peel, orange juice, marmalade, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper in shallow baking dish.
Stir well.
Add chicken.
Turn to coat.
Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
Prepare grill or heat broiler.
Remove chicken from orange juice mixture.
Grill or broil 3 to 5 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
