Ingredients

 Salt1 Teaspoon

 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
 Orange juice2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon
 Orange rind1 Teaspoon, grated
 Green onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Cold water2 Tablespoon
 Orange1 , sliced

Directions

Combine salt, paprika, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and pepper.
Sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, place chicken with thickest meaty areas to outside edges.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and orange rind.
Pour over chicken.
Arrange onion slices over chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at high (10) 14 to 18 minutes.
Transfer chicken and onion to serving platter; keep warm.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir into juices in dish.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes until thickened, stirring every minute.
Pour over chicken.
Garnish with orange slices.
