Spicy Orange Beets Recipe

| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Shred beets or slice thin on a vegetable shredder.
Mix with sugar, salt, cloves, and orange juice in a 4-cup baking dish.
Dot with butter or margarine; cover.
Bake at 375° for 1 hour, or until tender.
Sprinkle with grated orange rind, if desired.
