Spicy Onion Pickle Recipe
This spicy onion pickle is a spiced onion pickle recipe. This vegetable pickle also called pyaaz ka achar is spiced with cinnamon, cloves, chilies and peppercorns. A cooked pickle, this can be stored for quite some time in a cool place.
Ingredients

| White vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 inch | |

| Green chillies (slit in the middle) 16 | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1) Mix the peeled onions with salt and leave them for a day. Water will start to come out.
2) Boil vinegar with spices.
3) Drain the salt water from the onions and cook them with green chilli and boiled vinegar for a while.
4) When the mixture comes to boil, remove it from fire and pour in a jar after cooling and set aside.
