 Eggs6 Small, beaten
 Parmesan cheese 30 Milliliter

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat grill.

MAKING
2. In a pan melt butter and fry garlic and onions till they are soft.
3. Add chicken. Fry till they are brown.
4. Combine pumpkin seeds, pine nuts and ground spices. Add seasonings and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Stir fresh coriander.
6. In another bowl beat cheese and eggs. Pour the mixture on the chicken.
7. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes till the ingredients are set.
8. Place in the preheat griller. Cook for 3 minutes till golden brown.

SERVING
9. Serve spicy omelette garnished with parsley.
