Combine ingredients for filling and stuff into okra.
Smear an ovenproof dish with oil and arrange okra in dish.
Cover with clingwrap.
Make 1-2 slits in cling wrap.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Allow okra to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
