Directions

Heat a pan and add olive oil and brown sugar, garlic and onion, pepper, ginger powder, cinnamon, chili peppers and nutmeg. Stir it on medium low heat and add chicken legs. Stir for 5-10 minutes. Add dark rum, soy sauce and hot water to cover the chicken, stir and bring it to boil. Then add sauce thickener, Simmer it on low heat for 30 minutes. Broil it for 5 minutes to crispen. Boil the remaining liquid and use it as dipping sauce.
