Spicy Nachos Recipe

| Gram package | 1 , baked | |
| 2 cups grated non-fat Cheddar cheese | ||
| 1 lb. ground white meat skinless turkey | ||
| Taco seasoning mix package | 1 | |
| Head of lettuce | 1/2 , chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, chopped | |
Directions
Place ground turkey in a bowl and cover with a piece of waxed paper.
Place in microwave and cook on high for five minutes.
Remove and stir.
Cook a couple of minutes more if needed.
Drain meat and set aside.
Prepare taco mix as directed substituting turkey for ground beef.
Spoon taco mixture over chips.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Heat in microwave for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle lettuce and tomatoes on top.
Top with hot sauce if desired.
Option: Cook one package Country Pride seasoned chicken strips (Teriyaki, Mesquite, or Mexicali flavor) in microwave as directed on package.
I prefer Mexicali flavor.
Instead of ground turkey or chicken, use these chicken strips.
You can find these seasoned strips at Albertson's and Kroger.
