Spicy Minced Beef with Pasta and Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Pasta | 50 Gram | |
| Corn oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger pulp | ||
| 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic pulp | ||
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Beef | 500 Gram, minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, deseeded | |
| Yellow pepper | 1 To taste, deseeded | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Cook the pasta twists in a saucepan of lightly salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the corn oil in a large frying pan, add the onions and fry until soft and golden brown. Add the ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric and ground coriander and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the minced beef and stir-fry using the bhoonoing method, for 5-7 minutes. Add the peppers and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the fresh coriander and stir it into the beef. Finally, drain the pasta well and stir it in to the beef over a high heat to warm through.
