Spicy Marinated Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup vegetable juice cocktail | ||
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Green pepper | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons low-calorie Italian salad dressing mix | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
| 4 pork loin chops, cut 1/2 inch thick and trimmed of fat | ||
Directions
For marinade, in plastic bag combine vegetable juice cocktail, onion, green pepper, lemon juice, salad dressing mix, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce; add pork chops.
Close bag securely; place in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Drain; reserve marinade.
Place chops on unheated rack in broiler pan.
Broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 minutes on each side or till done.
Heat marinade and serve with chops.
