Spicy Marinated Olives Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup olive oil, preferably extra-virgin | ||
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot pepper flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced | |
| 1 pound black olives, preferably | ||
| Mediterranean oil-cured | ||
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk oil and vinegar to blend.
Toss with all ingredients.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours or up to 2 weeks.
