Ingredients

 1/4 cup olive oil, preferably extra-virgin
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Hot pepper flakes1 Teaspoon
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced
 1 pound black olives, preferably
 Mediterranean oil-cured

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk oil and vinegar to blend.
Toss with all ingredients.
Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours or up to 2 weeks.
