Spicy Marinated Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2(12 oz.) whole boneless chicken breasts, split and skinned | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In small bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, coriander, paprika, turmeric and cayenne pepper.
Place chicken breasts in 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Brush spice mixture over chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Remove dish from refrigerator; vent plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 12 to 17 minutes; turn over after 7 minutes.
Top with sour cream.
