Ingredients

 Pinch of saffron
 2 garlic cloves, crushed with salt
 Pinch of ground coriander
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 150 ml / 1/4 pint wine vinegar
 Tomato ketchup2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Let the saffron soak for 30 minutes in 1 tablespoon boiling water.
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together, together with the saffron.

SERVING
3. Marinate the fish for several hours.
4. Drain, dry and grill.
