Spicy Honey Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
250 gm chicken breast boneless
1/2 cup cornflour approx.
2-3 dry, red chillies broken into bits
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp spring onions white part finely chopped and greens cut into 1" pieces
2 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 1/2-2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp honey
Oil for frying
MARINADE
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp oil
Directions
Cut the chicken breast into even slices.
Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and marinate the chicken and keep aside for 1 hour.
Coat the marinated chicken with dry cornflour.
See to it that each piece is coated.
Deep fry the chicken till crisp & golden brown.
Drain and keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.
Reduce heat.
Add dry, red chillies and stir.
Add garlic paste.
Stir for a few seconds.
Add finely chopped white part of spring onions, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and honey.
Saute for a few seconds.
Add the crispy fried chicken and stir fry ensuring that each piece is coated with the sauce.
Mix in the greens of spring onions.
