Spicy Hamburgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean minced beef | 350 Gram | |
| Onion | 15 Milliliter, grated | |
| Breadcrumbs | 30 Milliliter | |
| Cardamom | 5 Milliliter | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 5 Milliliter | |
| 15 ml Dried egg powder | ||
| Water | 15 Milliliter | |
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Hamburger buns | 4 | |
| Sliced tomato | ||
| Onion rings | ||
| Gherkins | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Mix together the minced beef, onion, breadcrumbs, cardamom, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Blend the dried egg and water to a smooth paste and mix into the meat mixture. Turn on to a floured surface and form into 4 flat patties.
3. Heat the oil in large frying pan and fry the hamburgers for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare or 5 minutes on each side for well done.
4. Place each hamburger in a bun and top with sliced tomato, onion rings and a sliced gherkin. Serve with tomato ketchup and a side salad.
