Ingredients

 Lean minced beef350 Gram
 Onion15 Milliliter, grated
 Breadcrumbs30 Milliliter
 Cardamom5 Milliliter
 Worcestershire sauce5 Milliliter
 15 ml Dried egg powder
 Water15 Milliliter
 Frying Oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)
 Hamburger buns4
 Sliced tomato
 Onion rings
 Gherkins
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Mix together the minced beef, onion, breadcrumbs, cardamom, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Blend the dried egg and water to a smooth paste and mix into the meat mixture. Turn on to a floured surface and form into 4 flat patties.
3. Heat the oil in large frying pan and fry the hamburgers for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare or 5 minutes on each side for well done.
4. Place each hamburger in a bun and top with sliced tomato, onion rings and a sliced gherkin. Serve with tomato ketchup and a side salad.
