Beef Burger Recipe Video

This Pinoy Recipe version of spicy hamburger together with the smokey flavor from the grill is just perfect if you want to make cheese burger. Or even if you are just going to eat it with steamed rice, which I normally do. You don’t even need to have gravy because the flavor of this spicy hamburger is enough. I personally think that if you use any gravy for this spicy hamburger, it will ruin it’s taste.

Ingredients

 
1 pound ground beef
 
1/2 cup chopped red onion
 
1 tsp ground black pepper
 
1 tbsp fish sauce
 
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tbsp hot sauce
 
2 tsp garlic powder
 
2 tsp Tony’s Creole Seasoning (optional)
 
2 tbsp salsa

Directions

Mix all the ingredients.
Shape into a round meat patty.
Grill, but only flip one time. Make sure that the meat is already cooked before you flip it.
Once you flip it, you have the option to top it with some sliced cheese or grated cheese.
Serve with some bread, mustard, and ketchup.
