Spicy Ham Slice Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 fully-cooked, center-cut, smoked ham slice, 1 1/2-inches thick | ||
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onion and tops Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Slash edges of ham to prevent curling.
Combine catsup, mustard and onions in 1-cup measure.
Set aside.
Place ham on microwave roasting rack in (12x 8-inch) utility dish.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on'6'.
Turn ham over.
Spread with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
MICROWAVE 5 to 6 MINUTES on '6', or until ham is hot or internal temperature registers 150°.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
