Spicy Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 garlic clove, studded with 3 whole cloves | ||
| Yellow onion | 1/4 , chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Cider vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add garlic, onion, bay leaf and green beans. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
2. Remove garlic clove and bay leaf.
3. Add vinegar, salt, cinnamon and cumin. Cook 1 or 2 more minutes. Serve.
