Ingredients

 Gammon steaks-4 pieces,1/2 inch thick
 Dry mustard2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon2 Teaspoon, powdered
 Oranges2
 Brown Sugar-1/2 cup, soft
 Peaches1 Can (10oz)
 Cooking apples-1 lb, peeled,cored,quarted and sliced
 Cornflour3 Tablespoon
 Watercress- a few sprigs

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix the mustard,cinnamon,sugar and spread half of this mixture over the gammon steaks.
2)Now arrange these in an ovenproof dish.
3)Now take the orange juice,add the liquid from the drained peces and make it 2 cups. Pour this around the gammon.
4)Cover with foil, and bake in a moderately hot oven (180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 45 minutes.
5)Once done, arrange the apple slices over the steaks and add the remaining of the spice mixture.
6)Baste with juices and return to over,uncovered for 30 minutes.
7)Now take a overnproof dish, add the chutney to the peach halves and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.

FINALIZING
8)Take a dish and place the gammon steaks.Thicken the juices left over with a bit of cornflour and water and pour.

SERVING
9) Serve with peach halves.
