Spicy Fish With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 600 Milliliter | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cod fillets | 450 Gram, cubed | |
| 20 shellfish (cooked mussels, prawns and scallops, for example) | ||
| 1 onion, cut into 8 pieces | ||
| Button mushrooms | 20 | |
| 1 red pepper, cut into 8 pieces | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onions spring | 4 , chopped | |
| 1 courgette, cut into 8 pieces | ||
Directions
Place the water, chilli sauce and salt in a pan and bring to the boil.
Add the fish, shelled shellfish, onion, mushrooms, red pepper and garlic.
Bring back to the boil.
Add the spring onions and courgette and simmer for 10 minutes or until just cooked.
