Ingredients

 Water600 Milliliter
 Chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 Chilli sauce1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Cod fillets450 Gram, cubed
 20 shellfish (cooked mussels, prawns and scallops, for example)
 1 onion, cut into 8 pieces
 Button mushrooms20
 1 red pepper, cut into 8 pieces
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Onions spring4 , chopped
 1 courgette, cut into 8 pieces

Directions

Place the water, chilli sauce and salt in a pan and bring to the boil.
Add the fish, shelled shellfish, onion, mushrooms, red pepper and garlic.
Bring back to the boil.
Add the spring onions and courgette and simmer for 10 minutes or until just cooked.
