Directions

Coat each slice of fish with corn flour and deep fry till crispy. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, sauté the vegetables for 1 minute and add water. Mix in entire content of Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix and cook on a medium flame. Add crispy fish slices, cook till the sauce becomes thick, garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
