Spicy Dijon Dip Recipe
The spicy dijon dip is a cream cheese and shrimp dip. Prepared with equal parts of sour cream and dijon mustard this peppy seafood dip is chilled to serve. Garnished with sliced onions, it is good with grilled vegetables platter.
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Dijon or Country Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
1 (4 1/4-ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained or 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
Sliced green onions for garnish
Assorted cut-up vegetables
Directions
In small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, blend cream cheese, mustard, sour cream and chopped onions; stir in shrimp.
Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
