Spicy Curry Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons polyunsaturated oil | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch chilli powder | ||
| Yoghurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
1.Heat oil in a non-stick trypan and cook onion with curry and chilli powders for 4-5 minutes or until onion softens.
2.Whisk into yoghurt and season to taste with pepper.
Chill until ready to serve.
