Spicy Crispy Chicken Recipe
Spicy crispy chicken is an oven cooked chicken recipe. Prepared with cheese and corn flake crumbs, the spicy crispy chicken is easily prepared and pepped up with ground red pepper to taste. Super easy and enjoyable!
Ingredients
6 (1 1/2 lb.) chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Dip chicken in egg.
Combine remaining ingredients and place in greased shallow baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes.
