Spicy Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Eggs yolks- 3, slightly beaten | ||
| Cake flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 3 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and beat well till the mixture is soft, yellow and fluffy
3. Add the egg yolks to the bowl and mix well again
4. In another bowl, sift the dry ingredients. As the dry ingredients are being added, alternately add eth sour cream to the bowl and mix well during each combination.
5. Beat the egg whites well and then add them to the cake batter
6. Tip this mixture into two buttered and floured 8-inch layer cake pans
7. Bake for 30 minutes till done

8. Serve warm
