Spicy Crab Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup each chili sauce and tangerine or grapefruit juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup finely sliced celery | ||
| 1 tablespoon finely sliced green onions, with tops | ||
| Radish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Two drops Tabasco | ||
| 1 cup tangerine or grapefruit segments, chilled | ||
| 1 cup avocado cubes or balls | ||
| Crab meat | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Combine catsup, chili sauce, tangerine and lemon juice, celery, onions, horse-radish, and Tabasco.
Chill several hours to blend flavors.
To serve, add tangerines, avocado, and crab meat to catsup mixture.
Spoon into seafood cocktail glasses or into lettuce cups, and serve with lemon wedges.
