Spicy Corn and Lima Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Lima beans | 2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Corn kernels | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium sauce pan, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil.
2. Once boiled, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
SERVING
3. Transfer on to a bowl and serve immediately.
