Ingredients

 4 (680 g) single chicken breast fillets
 Butter70 Gram, softened
 Chutney1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground cumin1 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1 Teaspoon
 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger

Directions

Make shallow cuts at 1cm intervals in chicken; cook chicken in large heated oiled pan, uncovered, until browned both sides and cooked through.
Add combined remaining ingredients; cook, stirring until heated through.
