Spicy Chutney Chicken Fillets Recipe

| 4 (680 g) single chicken breast fillets | ||
| Butter | 70 Gram, softened | |
| Chutney | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger | ||
Directions
Make shallow cuts at 1cm intervals in chicken; cook chicken in large heated oiled pan, uncovered, until browned both sides and cooked through.
