* MUSSELS / TAHONG €“ 1 kg.
 
* MINCED GINGER €“ 80 gr.
 
* MINCED ONION €“ 100 gr.
 
* MINCED GREEN BELL PEPPER €“ 100 gr.
 
* CHILI PASTE €“ 1 tsp.
 
* OYSTER SAUCE €“ 3 tbsp.
 
* OLIVE OIL €“ 2 tbsp.

Directions

In a large frying pan or a wok, heat the olive oil, sauteed onions, ginger and green bell pepper for 1 minute, add the mussels and mix thoroughly, after 3 minutes add chili paste and mix well, cover and cook with slow fire for 5 minutes or until mussels are ready, remove from the pan, place in a serving dish and top with the sauce.
