Directions

In a large frying pan or a wok, heat the olive oil, sauteed onions, ginger and green bell pepper for 1 minute, add the mussels and mix thoroughly, after 3 minutes add chili paste and mix well, cover and cook with slow fire for 5 minutes or until mussels are ready, remove from the pan, place in a serving dish and top with the sauce.
